Ramsons - Take II

105/365

My quest for the 'ideal' Ramson (wild garlic) image is complete.

Wild Garlic

his one is now also an 18" x 18" canvas which looks rather lovely on the bedroom wall.

Bluebell and Bug

104/365

We have more bluebells along the riverbank this year, much later and set to last longer than usual.  This one seems to be of interest for this little (undentified) bug!

Ramsons

102/365

I love this Spring flower, more so than the Bluebells that appear at the same time.  Between them the Ramsons and Bluebells give a stunning display.  The Ramson is distinctive in it's delicate appearance and in it's fragrance, and for me, brings lots of happy memories to the fore.

Ramsons

This could be something for the bedroom wall (recently renovated and very 'fresh')... so I strive for "The Perfect (to me) Ramsons Shot".   Although I like this one, it's not "The One" and so the quest continues.

Cuckoo Flower

97/365

Nothing to do with Cuckoo's but a pretty little flower that covers our fields at this time of year.

Late in the Day

35/365

Having found myself very short of time today, it was a grabbed shot of a primrose just outside the front door in failing light for todays picture.

It won't be long now before the Snowdrops disappear until next year, so please forgive another  snowdrop shot.

Soft light and shadows...

Soft Snowdrop

Yep it's another snowdrop... no doubt there will be a few more snowdrop pictures before they fade!

Primrose Bud

7/365
Spring seems to be arriving in a hidden corner of the garden.

Primrose Bud

No theme today as I'd seen this primrose early this morning and thought it could be today's photo. No real science or thought behind it!

Drops

Snowdrop, waterdrop...

Drops

Snowdrop by the stream, taken on way back from dog walk today. Everything is so damp at the moment - it's either just been raining or it's just about to rain.
